Mallam Jibrin Baba Ndace along with his management team, visited the NBC headquarters on Tuesday May 7, 2024, to foster collaboration with the Commission.
During the visit, Mallam Ndace expressed his delight and commended the Commission for its achievements in the industry. He emphasized that exploring new partnership opportunities and adopting fresh approaches are crucial for portraying the Nigerian/African story in a credible and relevant manner.
MallamNdace underscored the importance of synergy between both organizations and reassured the DG and Management of NBC of VON’s commitment to revitalizing Nigeria’s broadcast industry.
In his welcoming remarks, Mr. Charles Ebuebu, DG NBC, assured Mallam Ndace and his team of the Commission’s dedication to its mandate of elevating broadcast standards to meet international practices. He highlighted the significance of collaboration between broadcasters and regulators for a vibrant and inclusive broadcast sector.
