OONI VISITS BUHARI

The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, on Wednesday, paid a courtesy visit to former President Muhammadu Buhari in Daura, Katsina State.

A former media aide to the ex-president, Ahmad Bashir, disclosed this in photos shared on X on Wednesday.

Before leaving the town, the Ooni, alongside Buhari, was also said to have visited the Emir’s Palace in Daura.

Bashir’s caption read, “Today, Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi (Ọjájá II), was in Daura with his entourage to visit former President Muhammadu Buhari.

“Before leaving Daura, the former president led the Ooni of Ife and his entourage to the historic Daura Emir’s Palace.”
