While on vacation in the U.S., he met a taxi driver who had once picked him up from the airport, now homeless and now living in the street after losing everything to a robbery and eventually lead to eviction.
Touched by his story, Stanley asked him to wait, then went to a dealership, bought him a brand-new taxi, and also got him an apartment.
The man was overwhelmed by the unexpected kindness and, in his excitement, vowed to carry all Nigerians free of charge — but Stanley humbly told him not to.
