NBC TRAINS ON PMS

In a quest to reposition the civil service for better service delivery, the office of the Head of the civil  service of the federation (OHOCSF) in conjunction with the National Broadcasting Commission(NBC) organizes a two-day Sensitization on the new Performance Management System (PMS) for Management of  the commission in Abuja.

The training is aimed at equipping the Management with the requisite knowledge on the new Performance Management System, that would replace the Annual Performance Evaluation Report (APER).

The PMS team was led by the Director in the office of the Head of Service, Mrs Olaniyi Bosede.
