ADEKUNLE GOLD ADVISES GRANDPAS

Popular Nigerian musician, Adekunle Kosoko, better known as Adekunle Gold, has advised men to take care of themselves.

The singer sent the message in a post on his official X account.

Men, take care of yourself.Grandma plenty pass Grandpa for this world.

According to the singer, in the world we live in today, we find more aged females than aged males.

He wrote, “Men, take care of yourself. Grandma plenty pass grandpa for this world”, he wrote.

His tweet comes on the heels of several statistics revealing that women generally live longer than men.

Studies have shown that women in many parts of the world have a higher life expectancy than their male counterparts.

Experts ascribe this to various life factors like lifestyle choices and social attitudes.

A 2019 World Health Organisation (WHO) analysis of global health statistics also stated that women tend to live longer than men because men often seek healthcare services less frequently than women.

The WHO, while explaining the differences in life expectancy, revealed that a baby boy born in Africa in 2016 could expect to live to age 60, while a baby girl could expect to live to 63.
