AFEEZ OWO: MYSELF AND MIDE ONCE BROKE UP

Nollywood actor Afeez Abiodun, popularly known as Afeez Owo, has opened up about the challenges he once faced in his marriage with actress Mide Martins. Speaking during an interview on the YouTube channel Behind The Fame TV on Saturday, August 23, 2025, the actor confirmed that he and his wife once separated after a major disagreement, but later reconciled.

When asked if it was true that he once broke up with his wife, Owo admitted that their fight was not a secret, as many people heard about it. He explained that the misunderstanding was the first and last fight in their marriage and, though it went viral on social media at the time, they eventually found their way back to each other.

In his words: My break up with Mide Martins isn’t something that was hidden, a lot of people heard about it. My break up with Mide at the time was the first and the last fight in our marriage till this moment. The fight went viral on social media, but we later reconciled with each other, and we were back together.
