MELODY FM TAKES OFF IN AKURE

A new Radio Station, MELODY 103.7 FM has joined the array of terrestrial broadcast outfits rocking the Ondo State airvawes.

The station was initially set to begin broadcast on 96.7MHz, before a change of frequency, to attract more audience on clearer, uninterrupted signals.

The new station was announced by its Chief Executive Officer, Prophet Sam Ojo, through his official Facebook page, and kickstart the test transmission on Wednesday.

The cleric popularly called Baba Authority, in his celebratory message expressed profound gratitude to God for the successful takeoff of the station, describing it as a divine vision brought to fruition after months of planning and preparation.

According to Prophet Ojo, MELODY 103.7 FM was established with a mission to inspire, educate, inform and entertain listeners across Ondo State and beyond, while upholding strong moral and community values.

He noted that the station would serve as a platform for impactful programming, including faith-based content, social enlightenment programmes, youth empowerment initiatives and quality music tailored to diverse audiences.

Prophet Ojo further hinted that the station’s programming schedule would soon be unveiled, assuring prospective listeners of top-notch content driven by professionalism and excellence.

Melody 103.7 FM Akure is joining Melody 107.7 FM, Lagos, Melody 100.7 FM, Ibadan and Ariya 100.3 FM, Ibafo, Ogun State on the stable of Glory Communications Ltd.
