The Director General, Mr Charles Ebuebu, accompanied by members of the Board of Management, on the 1st of September, 2025, held a town hall meeting with staff at the Commission’s Headquarters in Abuja.
The Director General welcomed all the staff present and mentioned that the meeting was an avenue to foster engagement between the management and staff of the Commission as well as provide an opportunity for interaction , feedback and sharing of ideas that will further strengthen the Commission’s operations.
He introduced the new Director Human Resource and Administration Mrs. Lola Uket, to the staff, and enjoined staff to leverage on her wealth of experience, cooperate with her, and give her the necessary support she needs to succeed.
The Director Human Resource and Administration expressed her pleasure to be amongst her new colleagues and assured staff of her commitment to ensure inclusivity, and an open door policy to all.
Mrs. Uket used the medium to address some pertinent challenges in the Directorates of Human Resources and Administration. She emphasized on the need for discipline amongst staff, compliance to the rules, and effective service delivery.
The meeting concluded with an interactive session, allowing staff to ask questions and clarify job-related issues.
