PROPHETS FUFEYIN, DAMINA CLASH

Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin, the renowned clergyman and founder of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry, has sparked controversy with a pointed response to Pastor Abel Damina’s recent criticism.

In a Facebook live video session on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, Prophet Jeremiah addressed Pastor Damina’s objections to his practice of selling anointing soap that purportedly commands favor.

Quoting Matthew 7:1 from the Bible, Prophet Jeremiah invoked the scripture’s admonition against judgment, questioning Pastor Damina’s authority to criticize his ministry.

“We should not judge, we have only one Judge,” he emphasized.

Asserting his stance, Prophet Jeremiah expressed dismay over what he perceives as consistent derogation of fellow clergy, including notable figures like EA Adeboye, David Oyedepo, and Chris Oyakhilome, whom Pastor Damina allegedly disparaged without reproach.

“You have been insulting all men of God and be criticizing them. Are you the Messiah to come?” Prophet Jeremiah questioned.

In a firm warning, Prophet Jeremiah likened himself to a lion whose tail has been provoked.

“You have touched the lion’s tail,” he declared, stating that his response would not be restrained, unlike other clergy who have chosen not to engage with Pastor Damina’s critiques.
