REGINA CHUKWU NARRATES KIDNAP EXPERIENCE

Nollywood actress Regina Chukwu has shared a harrowing experience of being kidnapped from a hotel where she was lodged with actor Akin Lewis after a movie shoot.

In a video posted on her YouTube channel, Regina Chukwu TV, the actress revealed that she was taken from the hotel by unknown gunmen who broke into her room. She stated that the producer had insisted she spend the night at the hotel due to Akin Lewis’s early departure the next morning.

According to Chukwu, she initially hesitated to stay at the hotel due to the presence of prostitutes, but Akin Lewis’s persuasion led her to reconsider. She expressed regret over this decision.

The actress recounted that the kidnappers forced their way into her room, took her away in a car, and withdrew all her money using her ATM card. They left her with only ₦1,000 for transportation.
