TOYIN ABRAHAM: FAMILY WARNED ME AGAINST JOHNSON

Popular Nollywood actress and producer, Toyin Abraham, has opened up about her past marriage to actor Adeniyi Johnson, revealing that her family had warned her against the union.

Speaking during an interview on The Announcer TV’s official YouTube channel, the actress explained that her family had prayed about her relationship with Johnson and advised her not to proceed with the marriage.

Despite their concerns, she admitted that she went ahead with it, citing her own stubbornness at the time.

“My family was a bit skeptical,” she shared. “But it was my godmother who encouraged me to marry Kolawole Ajeyemi. Coming from a Christian home, my family prayed and confirmed that Kolawole was right for me. However, they told me that Adeniyi Johnson wasn’t the right man, but I didn’t listen. I’ve grown a lot since then and learned valuable lessons from that experience.”

Toyin Abraham is now married to fellow actor Kolawole Ajeyemi, with whom she shares a son.
