DO WOMEN UNDERSTAND THEIR DIVINE ASSIGNMENT 3

Having a thriving career or business as a woman should not lead to leaving your home in an epileptic state. To what point will all the riches and success you acquire be when you cannot be proud of the kids God gave you to raise?

Many homes are experiencing turbulent moments, not because there is absence of love, rather, couples are no longer putting effort to creating quality time for themselves and the kids.

While the duty of nurturing the kids should not be totally assigned to women, I’ll borrow an adage from the Yoruba to drive home my point for women to see reasons they need to brace up in nurturing “okay” children.

Yoruba will say “Omo to ba dara ni ti baba, eyi ti ko dara  ni ti iya” loosely translated as “A Good child belongs to the father while the other belongs to the mother”.

I am not certain that I have seen a man coming out to claim an irresponsible child as his child before, we have many examples around us, most especially on the social media space (I stand to be corrected if I am wrong). What I am driving at here is that while you strive to thrive in your career and different businesses, strive also to be a success in your divine assignment “To nurture, guide and guard”.

We all know what we admire in trailblazers, celebrities, super stars and young professionals we come across always on the social media space. I think it is high time we start asking ourselves if we are also imbibing those traits in our kids.

Stop assuming! Your kids will never be too old for you to guide them through certain paths.  Teach them yourself, lest they are taught the way you may not approve of outside.

Many supposed trailblazers are roaming the streets aimlessly because they have been murdered by the one who is  to mother them.

You are designed to be a mother, stop threading the path of a murderer.

Help your children to discover purpose and grow with them so as to see the fulfillment and manifestation of that purpose.

I doubt if we will have all the great men and women we have around if they all suffered neglect.

As a career woman, you can groom your children to take up from you, same applicable to businesswomen.

Do not forget this, you are a woman, a powerhouse of creativity with divine assignment to nurture, guide and guard hence, you should be a MOTHER not a MURDERER.

Your feedback is very important.

I’ll like you to share your opinion or ask your questions.
