ADEBOYE STORMS OGUN PARISHES UNANNOUNCED

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has described September as a month of destiny and divine visitation, declaring that God will single out His children for favour in the new month.

Adeboye, who disclosed this on his official X handle on Monday, said he paid an unannounced visit to four RCCG parishes in Boun, near Simawa in Ogun State, on Saturday.

According to him, the visit was a personal decision to worship quietly with the congregants without prior notice or special preparation.

“Yesterday, I made a surprise visit to four of our parishes in Boun, just before Simawa in Ogun State. I went quietly, simply desiring to worship and fellowship with the brethren, without any form of prior notice or preparation. Beloved, it was a glorious time in God’s presence, a reminder that wherever God’s children gather in spirit and in truth, His presence will surely be there,” Adeboye wrote.

He extended his message beyond the parishes, offering prayers for Nigeria, Africa, and Christians across the world.

“Now, welcome to September, your month of destiny and divine visitation. This month, the Almighty will single you out for favour. He will rewrite your story for good, and every long-awaited promise will find fulfillment in your life in Jesus’ name,” he declared.

The cleric further assured believers that the presence of God would locate them, irrespective of their location.
“For those in Nigeria, for those in Africa, and for all our brethren in every nation of the world, no matter where you are, the presence of God will locate you. You will not miss your day of visitation. This September, the Lord will open doors that no man can shut, and He will grant you peace on every side,” he prayed.

Adeboye concluded with a scripture from Genesis 26:24, reminding believers of God’s covenant to bless and multiply His people: “And the LORD appeared unto him the same night, and said, I am the God of Abraham thy father: fear not, for I am with thee, and will bless thee, and multiply thy seed for my servant Abraham’s sake.”
