It is anticipated that all roads leading to Felicia Hall, Jogor Centre, Liberty Road, Ibadan will be jam-packed with the heavy and mighty in the Christian society, political circle, top federal and state government officials, celebrities and a host of others for the celebration of the gospel music legendary.
The celebrant, while addressing journalists at her residence in Oluyole, disclosed that the event is scheduled to be held on Sunday, July 28, 2024, and will also include her book and foundation presentations.
Evangelist (Dr) Funmi Aragbaiye stated that former president of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo would be the father of the day, while Pastor Enoch Adeboye and the Most Revd Dr J. O. Akinfenwa are the spiritual fathers of the day. She added that the Ooni of Ife Oba (Dr) Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi and His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Dr) Adedapo Adewale Tejuoso (CON) Osile of Oke Ona, Egba are the royal fathers of the day.
Aragbaye continued “Other special guests expected include all southwest governors and former governors. The chairman of the occasion will be Prof. Kayode Adebowale, the Vice-Chancellor, University of Ibadan, while the Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde will be the chief host.
