FORMER RADIO MANAGER ALLEGES BREACH OF CONTRACT -

A former Marketing Manager at Adamimogo 105.1 FM, Ibadan, Zainab Olayiwola has called out the founder and management of the station over a breach of contract.

Mrs Olayiwola accused the station of allocating her original and registered contents to another presenter, alleging stealing of intellectual property.

The marketer cum presenter wrote in an open letter posted on her Facebook page on Sunday 22nd September 2024, that before her employment as the Marketing Manager of Adamimogo 105.1 FM IBADAN on the 24th November, 2023, there was an agreement to continue her program, ÌRÍRÍ AWẸRO, (TALES of Single Mothers) aired at 7:00 to 8:00 PM on the station.

She explained further that the Program was her idea and content which is duly registered with the Cooperate Affairs Commission, CAC, as a content production and publication.

Her letter reads:

ATTENTION PROPHET SAM OLU ALO

(BABA ADAMIMOGO)

I got employed to serve as the Marketing Manager of Adamimogo 105.1 FM IBADAN on the 24th November,2023….

Before my appointment, we had an agreement that I continued my program, ÌRÍRÍ AWẸRO, TALES of Single Mothers which a time frame of 7:00-8:00 PM was allocated for.

The Program has been my idea and content which is duly registered with the Cooperate Affairs Commission(CAC)as CONTENT PRODUCTION AND PUBLICATION….

Upon my resignation from Adamimogo 105.1FM IBADAN, for reasons well known to myself and the Management, I realized that my ÌRÍRÍ AWERO’S content Production and Publication has been Imitated, exactly the same content (for single Mothers and widows) and even same day and time…. Sunday 7:00-8:00 PM

I humbly use this medium to plead with our father with a forever golden heart, Prophet Sam Olu Alo to kindly look into this issue as this has been my greatest dream since I became a Single Mother (To be a shoulder to cry on for all Single Mothers)….I do not want Adamimogo 105.1FM Ibadan to shater my dreams which may make me regret accepting the job offer that I secured with them…. ÌRÍRÍ AWẸRO IS MY Original content which is duly registered…. ADAMIMOGO 105.1 FM IBADAN SHOULD DROP IT FOR ME..
