The workshop opened with remarks from Dr. Lola Uket, Director of Human Resources and Administration, who urged participants to leverage the training to enhance service delivery.

The curriculum spanned three key areas:

Day 1: Focused on the legislative impact of records management, statutory compliance, and the necessity of professional continuous learning.

Day 2: Covered digital records, data protection, and succession planning, emphasizing clear communication and administrative continuity.

Day 3: Concluded with a keynote from the Director-General, “Repositioning HR as a Strategic Enabler for Regulatory Excellence,” which underscored HR’s vital role in workforce planning and performance management.

The programme concluded with a closing ceremony and presentation of certificates, reinforcing the Commission’s commitment to continuous staff development.
