The StarTimes Group, led by its Chairman Xinxing Pang on 19th July, 2023 paid a courtesy visit to the Director General, National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) at the Commission’s headquarters.
The Group Chairman in his words said he was on a visit to Nigeria and one of his focuses for coming is to familiarize with the Director General of NBC who was once with them in China.
While welcoming the StarTimes Group Chairman and his team, the Director General, Mallam Balarabe Shehu Ilela talked about the business of StarTimes in Nigeria and what the Nigeria Broadcast Code specifies concerning their operations in Nigeria.
He also used the opportunity to assure the StarTimes Group of the Commissions support and best regards.
