The devil and his cohorts know that they are conquered enemies. For this reason, they don’t come in the way of people who have the understanding that they’ve been conquered.
Everyone who claims to be of Christ must come to the understanding that Jesus has given us victory over every power of the enemy. The Bible says that “behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you”. This is the victory that Christ has given unto us. However, we need knowledge of this victory which will work out faith in us by which we shall claim our liberty.
The death of Jesus was not only to bring salvation from sin but also deliverance from the power of the devil and oppression of witchcraft. Quite a number of Christians today are under the siege of witches and demonic manipulation. Some people can’t have a peaceful rest at night because of nightmares and demonic afflictions in the dream. These Christians are able to access deliverance from sin but not from the power of the devil because they lack the revelation of the victory of Jesus Christ.
I used to suffer demonic manipulation in my dream some times ago such as sleeping paralysis, wet dreams and eating in the dream. These things continued to the extent that my life was nothing to point at. One day, I listened to an audio, the audio message explained the victory that Christ has given us and thereby I caught a revelation. When I got home, I began to pray out of my revelation, surprisingly, I could regain everything the devil has taken from me and my freedom has been permanent since then.
Who’s that devil roaring at you? What’s the situation that has taken almost everything from you? Who is that witch or wizard that has held you captive? They shall amount to nothing if you get the revelation of the victory that Christ has given and thereby enforce your freedom. Your prayer is powerful but you need more than prayer to be free. You need the knowledge of the victory that Christ has given us and how to make use of that knowledge to claim our liberty.
