TINUBU MUST ENSURE DISCIPLINE, DELE MOMODU

Dele Momodu, the publisher of  Ovation Magazine, has advised President Bola Tinubu to ensure there is discipline within the administration, especially looking at the ongoing political situation in Rivers State.

Momodu who gave the advice in an open letter to President Bola Tinubu, on his verified X handle titled, “URGENT MESSAGE FOR PRESIDENT TINUBU”. said President Tinubu’s new disciple Nyesom Wike, has publicly disrespected the President in the FUBARA matter.

“You must enforce DISCIPLINE as a leader. Your new disciple, NYESOM WIKE, has publicly disrespected you in the FUBARA matter. You need to sanction him before he throws Nigeria into total chaos”.

He reminded President Tinubu that the economy has collapsed because he has been wasting too much on irrelevancies, adding that purchasing Presidential jets, building outlandish monuments, distributing cash as palliatives, among others are signs of a failed and careless government.

“Nigeria is in big trouble. Our economy has virtually collapsed. And what’s the way out? You’ve been wasting too much money at a time that requires absolute frugality. Please, stop this reckless propensity for wasting scarce resources”.

Momodu told President Tinubu that if he can curb the excessive spending of his government, he will free up a lot of resources for serious development. He advised him to stop wasting scarce resources because he is desperately seeking for a second term just as he reminded him that what will earn him second term is performance.

“I believe you’re frittering away our resources because you desperately crave a second term. But the best assurance of a second term is PERFORMANCE. Nigerians are not expecting you to turn water into wine but they don’t want you to turn their wines into water”.

He admonished President Tinubu to invest in the following areas to ensure that the economy of the country is turned around: vocational skills for the highly talented Nigerian youths who have demonstrated their capacity for hard work. local agriculture. upgrade of institutions of learning, warning that giving cash to politicians to distribute is unhealthy and unhelpful as it is seen as cluelessness.

Momodu who described himself as a concerned citizen, also urged President Tinubu to beware of those hero-worshippers at the National Assembly who have turned him into God, advising that NDUME is his best friend, tasking him to Listen to him as there is danger ahead.
