WIZKID CELEBRATES MUM’S BIRTHDAY

Nigerian international hip-hop artist Ayodeji Balogun, better known as Wizkid, has broken down online as he celebrates his mother, Morayo Balogun’s, posthumous birthday, yesterday, July 4th, 2024.

The singer took to his X page to rant about his current emotions about celebrating his mother without her presence.

Wizkid expressed how he missed his mother daily, and nothing had changed since her demise in 2023.

He said his life had been empty without her presence and wished that she continued to watch over him and his family.

The singer disclosed that he is currently heartbroken, and her smile, laughter, hugs, and kisses are the memories he will never forget.

The multiple Grammy award-winning singer said nothing will be the same again for him.

“Happy birthday love of my life! Miss you everyday. First one without you here feels unreal. Nothing makes sense without you mama! Life is empty without you. Continue to watch over us ! My heart is broken forever ! love you love love you MORAYO mi. Your smile is all a memory I will never forget. Your laugh! Your hugs and kisses. I miss you dearly!
