YEKINI ITELE: MY CHALLENGES TO THE TOP

Nollywood actor Ibrahim Yekini, popularly known as Itele, has opened up about his challenging journey to stardom and the struggles he endured before achieving fame.

During an interview on Biola Adebayo’s talk show, Itele shared his life story, shedding light on the difficulties he faced in the movie industry and how he navigated life independently. He recounted moments of hardship, determination, and resilience that shaped his career and personal growth.

The actor’s candid revelations have resonated with fans and colleagues, many of whom praised him for his perseverance and honesty. Itele’s journey serves as an inspiration to aspiring actors and individuals striving to overcome obstacles in pursuit of their dreams.

During the interview he said that he has face alot of challenges that almost took his life, he also said that he once lived with his colleague, Baba Tee, for two years that trying time,

“The person God use for me was Baba Tee, because then he just came back from London,  that was when I was suffering and suffering was still original then, because people that are suffering now still has an iPhone and still has money for internet connection.

“I have produced many film but I do not like to talk about it because despite that I cant mention one that is mine. There was a time that I felt like I’m not lucky, but all I can remember is that the grace of God despite that I will always labour hard for anything I have.” He said.
