DAVIDO: I’M NOT BIG, I WILL HAWK MY MUSIC

Davido tells the world and other artistes: “I’ll keep hawking my music like pure water, I’m not a Big Boy”. The award-winning musician issued this important message to musicians on how to stay relevant.

Davido berated singers who are too proud to market their music on social media, saying; “this is unimportant to me”.

David Adeleke, who is one of the industry’s major musicians, stated that he will continue to hawk his songs like sachet water on his Twitter while sharing a link to his latest album, Timeless, for fans to keep streaming.

He wrote; “U be artiste and u dey form ‘I no dey pose’, nah u know. I hawk my shit like pure water!”

Meanwhile, Don Jazzy has expressed his pride in Davido following an interview where the musician referred to the record label owner and producer as his mentor.

Don Jazzy said: “Now I look at all you have achieved and I am super proud of you. Even with all that success and wealth I look at your work ethic and I am highly motivated. I’m glad that as a mentor I haven’t let you down too. We thank GOD. More blessings brother”.
