FUNKE AKINDELE: I WORK ALL MY LIFE

Leading filmmaker, Funke Akindele, has intimated the Emir of Ilorin, HRH Dr Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, with the story of her success.

According to her, she knows no other thing than working, adding that she does not even attend parties.

Akindele said this when she and her team visited the Emir in his palace as her reigning film, Behind the Scenes, berthed in Ilorin for the cinemas.
The royal highness prayed for her for further success.

Earlier, Akindele had sung about her fulfilment as the film made over N2bn in box offices.

She noted online: “Joy overflows! Our heart is full of gratitude to God and to you, my amazing fans who have truly become family. Thank you for showing up, supporting, and believing in this journey. Reaching this incredible milestone and still counting would not have been possible without you. I am deeply grateful. Let’s keep pushing, growing, and supporting the Funke Akindele Network brand together.”
