NBC BOARD, STAFF INTERACT

The Director General of the National Broadcasting Commission, NBC, Mr Charles Ebuebu, accompanied by members of the Board of Management, on Monday February 10, 2025, held an interactive session with staff at the Commission’s Headquarters in Abuja.

The meeting commenced with a minute of silence for a deceased staff of the Commission, Mr. Akeem Olatunji Ayo, who was the Kwara state officer, of the Commission.

The DG prayed God to console the family and friends at such a time.

Mr. Ebuebu emphasized the importance of

effective communication, productivity and dedication to rules, as panacea for organizational growth.

He noted that Management was aware of the challenges faced by staff, while reeling out some of the efforts made to improve and enhance staff welfare.

Mr.Ebuebu encouraged the staff to have faith in the vision and goals of the Commission, as the year 2025 is surely going to be different.

The meeting drew to a close with Mr. Ebuebu expressing his gratitude to all staff for their unwavering commitment to the Commission’s goals.

He addressed staff queries, emphasizing the importance of innovative thinking and strategic approaches as the Commission gears up for a busy year ahead, filled with events aimed at enhancing the Commission and the broader broadcast industry.
